Risky building assessment is the official starting point of the urban transformation process. The assessment is carried out by institutions and organisations licensed by the ministry.
The Process Step by Step
- One of the owners applies to a licensed organisation
- Survey, core sampling and reinforcement detection are carried out in the building
- The report is prepared according to the analysis result
- The report is reviewed and approved by the relevant directorate
- The risky building annotation is entered in the land registry
A certain period is granted to object to the report. Once the report becomes final, the demolition, agreement and design processes can begin.
