Reconstruction of an apartment building in Nişantaşı declared at risk, preserving the character of its façade.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
To fit the historic fabric of the neighbourhood, the façade proportions and window layout were redrawn with reference to the old building.
Demolition was completed after a written agreement with the rightful owners; the shell construction is progressing on schedule.
