Replacing two blocks declared at risk, a 48-unit building that opens its garden level to shared life.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Two 1978 blocks on separate plots were merged after the risk decision. The new building sets its facade back from the street to turn the garden into shared space.

The unit mix was resolved in four types, from one to three bedrooms, according to owners’ existing land shares. Two commercial units sit at ground level.
